Help Videos for HamSphere 4.0

There is a growing list of Help Videos for HamSphere 4.0 on YouTube!

The new generation of HamSphere, HamSphere 4.0 has arrived.  All HamSphere 3.0 subscribers can now find the link to HamSphere 4.0 on the HamSphere download page.  You get access to HamSphere 4.0 included for free with your HamSphere 3.0 subscription.  The transceiver you get included with HamSphere 4.0 has all the features of HamSphere 3.0.  There’s really no reason not to try it.

HamSphere 4.0 is an incredible simulation of Ham Radio.  Whereas HamSphere 3.0 is pretty amazing with its simulation of static, fading, and interference, HamSphere 4.0 takes it to a whole new level with realistic propagation, realistic antenna behavior, and an infinitely customizable transceiver.  It is so much like real HF radio that it inspired me to get back on HF.  I’m having a blast DX’ing on HF with my Icom IC-706mkIIg and 160M skyloop antenna, but I’m having a blast on HamSphere 4.0 too.  On HamSphere 4.0 I can experience the same thrills as real radio and experiment with antennas I don’t have in real life.

You can get on HamSphere 4.0 and just start playing, but you’ll have a much more rich and enjoyable experience if you learn more about how it works and how to use it all properly.  Read the User Manual, of course.  For help beyond that, I’ve created a whole set of YouTube videos to teach you about many aspects of HamSphere 4.0.  I hope they are helpful, that you have fun, and that you became a fan of HamSphere 4.0 like me!
